"leading the charge for a better, safer Deerfield"

The Deerfield is an historic building located at 676 Riverside Drive in Harlem, New York.

The D.T.A is a non profit association. The new ownership of the building, is disrupting the lives of the Deerfield tenants with the hope to driving them out. Read below about one of NYC's 10 Worst Landlords, Margaret Streicker Porres of Newcastle Realty Services.
The building was without gas from August 23rd 2006 until March 2007, there were holes in our apartments , dust, asbestos, lead paint, intermittent hot water, broken elevators, broken doors, the repairs have been slow and inconsistent.
